About Us
 This store has been in operation since 1977. It was originally
known as John's Riverside until 1999 when
the name was changed to John's IGA. After
a change in ownership in August of 2001, the store was converted
back to the Penn Traffic Company in a wholesale/independent
relationship. The store name was officially changed to Ridgway
BiLo Foods on September 9, 2001.
Our best asset remains our staff. They are qualified individuals,
many of whom were born and raised right here in the Ridgway
Area and have been with the market in excess of 20 years.
In June 2004, we finished an expansion to our market that
increased our sales floor by 42%. We added 550 new frozen
food items, 172 new dairy items, and 1200 additional items
throughout the store. Our Fresh Department, Produce
Department, Bakery Department, Deli Department, and Meat Department,
were all expanded to add  variety
and increase quality every day.
Each year we strive to improve on our facility and our quality
selections to our customers. Recently we have added the Ridgway
Bilo "Road Hog". This outstanding portable
smoker has brought capability to our store to provide full
service catering for all of your events. Stop by and check
