Catering at Ridgway Bi-Lo Foods We offer full catering, especially with the use of our "Road Hog" portable smoker. Try our succulent St. Louis style Pork Ribs or our tender and juicy 1/2 chickens in our own barbeque sauce. You may also choose from a fuller menu specific for your event by calling Steve Cleveland at our stores. We have catered hundreds of events ranging from hamburgers and hot dogs to prime rib and steamed crab. We can meet and exceed your expectations and take the work out of your event by putting our staff to work for you.
